Before you book the service, please make sure that you have a valid driver's license* and a fully functioning Visa or MasterCard card.

1. Choose the country, city and pick-up location. Specify the dates and the time of the rental. Press the “Search” button.
2. Choose a car of the desired class and model from the list.
3. If you need additional services, tick them.
4. Proceed to checkout.

Important! A company which directly rents out the car reserves the right to give you a car that is different form the one shown on the website but belonging to the same class.

*Our company and partners do not accept temporary and expired driver's licenses. It is desired that your driver's license be issued a year or two prior to the date of the car rental. If you have unpaid fines, you may be refused the rental, so we suggest that you check everything at once. If your driver's license has been issued by a country where non-Latin alphabet is used, check whether the transliteration of your first and last name is the same in your driver's license and your passport.

You can pay for the service on our website using a Visa or MasterCard card. The car deposit and ancillary services payment are made at the car hire desk. The Comprehensive Protection service may be paid on our site.

To pay for the service:

1. Enter passenger and customer information.
2. Enter your сredit/debit card details.
3. Confirm that you agree with the booking and cancellation terms and conditions.
4. Press the “Pay” button.

Paid booking
You may cancel your order online (in the Section "My Account") for free 48 hours before scheduled pick-up. If you cancel the booking within 48 hours before rental, you will have to pay a fine, which is the equivalent to the cost of a 3-day rental. The cancellation fine never exceeds the cost of the car rental.

Booking with an installed deposit
If the booking is canceled more than 48 hours before scheduled pick-up, the cancellation fine will equal the size of the paid deposit. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours before the start of the rental, you will have to pay a fine, which is the equivalent of the cost of a 3-day rental or the size of the deposit, depending on what is higher.

No-show

The following situations are considered to be a no-show:

• customer's failure to pick up a car due to the absence of all the required documents;
• insufficient funds on the payment card to cover the insurance deposit;
  
• the customer didn't pick up the car on the agreed date and time;
• the customer didn't timely notify of the booking cancellation before pick-up.
  

In the event of no-show, the funds are not returned.
